I just got an e-mail from a student who goes to the California State University in Northridge, CA and he told me that they just got confirmation that Lupe will perform @ their school on October 3rd 2009.
More info's: Tickets will be $5 for CSUN students with CSUN ID. Everyone else can get tickets through Ticketmaster. Tickets are on sale now for CSUN students and will be available on Ticketmaster soon!
Talib Kweli will perform, too and there will also be an additional performance by Dj Felli Fel...also check the Big Show 9 Website
I AM DEFINITELY HITTING THIS UP. It's been almost a full year since I've had my Lupe fix. Five times in 2008 and zero times in 2009. I'm due for another.

ReplyDeleteI don't think that he'll be able to tell me when they'll go on sale @ ticketmaster but the university website says the folowing:

but you can ask why theyre not on sale yet when everything indicates they should be cant you?
ReplyDeleteI spoke with a friend of mine who's a student at CSUN and she said there's a delay in the sale. They didn't say why but will likely start selling at the end of the week or maybe next week.
