41 votes for Yoga Flame, damn. I thought the track was hot, but the southern type flow doesn't go with him at all. I feel like he sounds so much more at home on So Ghetto than any other track, it's just too short. YF probably has a lot of votes just because it's a Lil Wayne beat lol.
I gotta go with Popular Demand. I love, love , love Yoga Flame, but the softness of Popular Demand wins me over. Also, in it he is basically saying how he know this was a lighter mixtape. This makes me super-excited for Friend of the State because I think it is going to be even more deep.
Yoga Flame. The extended metaphor in it is killer. His flow on that track is also on point. But with every other tape or album, my opinion will likely change every week as I get more into the songs.
"Say Something" was probably my fav. "I'm feelin like a Mac, standin around a bunch of PCs" lol Lupe killed it. "Yoga Flame" is my 2nd. And "Thank You" is my 3rd. Overall, good mixtape by my boy Lupe, one of my favorite rappers in the game.
@spykez lupe does NOT have a southern flow on yoga flame our rappers suck down here except for a few and now of then flow like lupe our flow down here in the south is slow and simple yoga flame is far from that
I meant a general southern flow, more simple shorter lines, doesn't necessarily need to be slow (think Luda / Outkast). His flow on Turnt Up / Yoga Flame reminds me of Chamillionaire (no dis to Cham they though both of them are cool). On Yoga Flame he actually said "They be looking so blue like water when I wash my jeans", reminded me of Cham - Make Me Stronger when he says "When I jump into the pool, everything in it that aint blue turn blue" lol.
So when I want them to hear me out I just sit them next to some pictures of roses splitting with her titties out And what’s written on her titties is what its really about Then her vagina is some poor kids from China Nipples nuclear missiles Ass is a daughter without a dad Back is like Afghanistan, Iraq Health care here Drive by thighs Education lips HIV eyes Environment feet Justice get her so wet, brains get you brains You can fuck it if you protest But before you bust in her face, finish listenin’ to the tape
Feels good to be first!!! lol
