Rumor: Game x Lupe Fiasco collabo on The R.E.D. Album?

The rumored to be official tracklist for Game's R.E.D. Album just leaked, and according to that him and Lupe got a song together titled "The Noble" (prod. by The Neptunes). We should find out soon if that's actually legit.

The album is slated for a March 23rd release!

Side note: Isn't it funny that Lupe did a song with "The Game"? ha!

  2. Fake. At least I hope so... why would Lupe collaborate with someone who only talks about guns and being a thug when Lupe's whole thing is no guns and positivity? Unless it's like a battle of the two ideologies which would be dope.

  3. people forget just cuz lupe raps about sociopolitical shit doesn't mean he don't fuck with the thugs n gangstas...his favorite artists growing up were the 8balls and spice1's, he got TI and Jeezy on the superstar rmx.....ppl can be so holier than thou sometimes. Gangster rap reflects the ills of the hood, just like lupe's, albeit via a different method. cant we all just get along?

  4. Gangster rap is much more than thugs and guns. Thats the reason why NWA is so critically acclaimed. Not just because they said "fuck the police" but because they popularized an entire new brand of socially reflective music.

  14. ...im not a huge Game fan, but if you believe his music is all about thug and street life then you havent taken a even slightly good listen to his music. And i think its also very smart for Lupe to work with artist like Game to expand his name and hopefully reach a demographic that could benefit from messages he brings in his music...

  15. Newsflash: Game DOESNT just talk about gang banging... if ya'll actually REALLY listened to his music, you would understand... All I will say..

  17. Never Can Say Goodbye, Game's Pain, Dreams, and way more...

Game actually uses the West coast style the right way and still manages to put substance and heart into music... something that most of the MAINSTREAM west coast is failing at... He has his gun references every now and then but he still manages to put heart into it and can say something...

  21. DAMN SOME OF YALL SEEM LIKE REAL LUPE STANS AND LOOK DOWN ON OTHER ARTISTS WHO ARE NOT IN THE SAME "LANE" AS LUPE. THAT'S LAME 4REAL.

THE GAME IS A TALENTED ARTIST. HE PUT THE WEST ON HIS BACK. HIS NAME DROPPING AND BIPOLAR ATTITUDE CAN BE ANNOYING AS HELL SOMETIMES BUT HE HAS SKILL AS A HIP HOP ARTIST AND HIS EAR FOR PRODUCTION IS CRAZY.

THE COLLABO SHOULD BE CRAZY. THEY BOTH GOT RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER.

THIS RUMOR IS TRUE CUZ I REMEMBER THE TWITTER WHERE IT SAID LUPE, GAME AND THE NEPTUNES WERE IN THE STUDIO TOGETHER

If any of that you-don't-know-the-game stuff was directed at me, consider this.

I said The Game LOOKS stupid, as if to represent some gang of which he may be affiliated with but engages in no such activity. I.E. perpetrating.

The Game may very well be a fairly rounded artist as far as what he talks about, but the whole gangster persona that he tries to keep up is unnessecary and stupid. It's actually counterproductive on his part if he wants to be seen as anything other than a gang banger. That is all.

  25. @devin

in 2006 a group of the game's "friends" who are actually known Bloods used to check every nigga (rapper) that came into LA. Game def. banged. LA isn't new orleans. You can't talk blood like lil wayne and just walk around. I know niggas who used to hoop with dude in high school. He was a banger. Certified.
