I have just stopped looking forward to the album because i get souped every month then nothing happens. Now I come back and the man is releasing a jewelry line but still nothing about that album. No, some of you are wrong. We are not blaming Lupe only because of the Lasers album. Is because of his continuous tendency of ANNOUNCING something, and THEN canceling or postponing it.
I mean, if it happens once or twice, alright. But it happens ALWAYS. Not saying we will stop being fans, because just because we are fans is because we are bothering on letting him know this. If we didn't care, this blog would be empty.
But you guys have to understand that, he just CAN'T keep his promises. And what about the mixtape? You want to know why he doesn't release it? Because of the leaks. But guess what not? He thinks HIS FANS are the ones who took them, no anyone from his camp. I mean, seriously Mr. lyrical GENIUS? Your fans? Yes, you fans get a HOLD of them, but after someone from YOUR circle releases without you knowing it.
And now a jewelry line? For real? NO ONE can afford your plain and simple clothing line, now imagine a jewelry line. I mean, sometimes I wonder if he has any sense of urgency. I thought Lu was going to take over the game in 2010. He promised us ton of music in 2010 after he canceled FOTP. LOL The ONLY officially released music from Lupe in the past 8 months has been Tightropes Rmx, and Past My Shades. The other music leaks, well, because he doesn't release anything in the first place.
You don't necessarily owe us the music, but you do owe us some respect. Don't know when something is going too come out? The don't set any release date or estimates!
