As a storyteller....Yeah Lu does make several drug reference. But not in the context that he himself has actually dealed. My ears are open...how about you list some songs that he himself mention that he has actually pushed weight etc. Because I have not heard this...it is possible that I have overlooked this.

Yeah, of course Lupe has cars...But why is it important that he announces it?? Why does it matter..you ain't driving it.
You see, when you brag about the shit you have it makes you look bad in a sense, your message to the world suddenly changes..& he doesn't care for it.
Lu's more meaningful than that. He cares more about being a positive influence, and it's evident in that all he does. DO YOU ALL SEE HIS STRUGGLE, ALL HIS EFFORT, To be looked at in a POSITIVE WAY--and ONLY a positive way?
Ex: If he wanted a quick & easy was to get on the top 10 emcee list, all he'd have to do is link up with Lil Wayne and talk about irrelevant shit.
But once again, he doesn't care for that. His mission here is clear: To Make It To The Top THE RIGHT WAY. Without resorting to any of that other bullshit. Then, truly be crowned as king. AND stand for something at the same time.
And in the end, He'll be 100x MORE respected. How many rapper do you know that can make it to the top in THAT WAY?

Listen, I'm a strong believer in Lupe, I seriously, seriously, look at that man as a God of another kind.
I'd take his hand and walk him to the moon if I could, and never look back.
I stand up for what I believe in, period. And he--definitely falls into that category of things/people I stand by religiously.
