KiD CuDi perfomed at the BAPE store in SoHo/New York yesterday and Lupe came through and shook hands with almost everyone who was there. Before you ask, no, Lu didn't perform.

EXCUSE ME? Last time I checked, this was a blog/place for Lupe SUPPORTERS.
So, Why is every other comment a NEGATIVE one? You all should start respecting more & stop with the spreading of negative energy. You kinda ruin the good vibes.
And those of you who are referring to Lupe as a "jerk"...I met him numerous times and each time, he was nothing short of genuine and sincere. Truly, the most beautiful man I have ever came in contact with. He really is a God of another kind.
Stop the hating, sit down, and listen. And you too, will see the beauty in this man.
@ Sierra Luella Mink - I understand that you love Lupe and want to speak highly of that man. That is all well and fine. But calling him a 'God of another kind'... realy? lol Where is the miracle of Lasers actually coming out in our lifetime? huh.
@ Hachi and Anonymous. Being muslim he is supposed to wear his pants above his ankles, rather it looks nerdy or not. He could be wearing those particular pants to follow his religion more. Would you knock or still make fun of him if he's doing that for this reason.
Yeah, some people probably would still condemn him, seeing that people tend to knock off, or make fun of things they don't understand.

BTW, I haven't met Lupe but I have been front row of one of his concerts. I will be honest, the night he performed, he didnt seem like he had the best eye contact with the audience. Its like he was in his whole world and the audience just happen to be watching it. As a fan, I did not mind seeing his world, but it was a bit annoying that it seem like we the audience were not included. It was his lack of interaction with the crowd who were pouring their hearts out with almost every song he did. But to be fair, it could have been a bad night. But I have faith that I will see him on a GOOD night. But I dont think anyone (well at least artists I care for) shows more love to their fans than N.E.R.D.! Every time I see them...I get Mad Love <3.
@Nerdprincess....I tell this to every N.E.R.D. fan. If you are a real fan, you will most likely be spotted by the band at a show! I have never seen a band like them that shows soooooo much love to their fans at a show! It doesn't matter if your front, middle, or in the way back,lol....if you you are pouring your heart to their songs, they are most likely going to spot you...male or female. But I will say that they do in fact spend special attention to the females,lol. But not on some groupie shit. I went to see them in April and Shae and Pharrell bowed to me, sang to me, and hugged me. It was amazing!:) Their great guys and I think Lu is cool too but that is probably not his personality to go all out like that. But its still though...We are L.A.S.E.R.S.

To wrap up what I said,the show I was at....Lu didnt acknowledge the fans really. Eye Contact is acknowledgement and I am not saying that he had to give that to everyone in the show...but I didnt even see him look at anyone in the crowd once. Concerts are for the fans. Concerts are the artist interacting with their fans through music. BTW, I gave the benefit of doubt that it is possible that it may have been just bad night. Either or I said that its COOL, its still L.A.S.E.R.S. A simple critique is a simple critique. Making inaccurate assumptions based on critiques makes people look like an ASS. ***Shoot out to the last Anonymous user who was smart enough to realize that we are females!***

THE REASON THERE ARE MORE LUPE HATERS & CRITICS ON THIS BLOG IS BECAUSE OF THE ALBUM DELAY OF LASERS AND LUPE BEING MORE VERBAL AND ANGRY LATELY ABOUT LEAKS, MIXTAPES, etc.
Fans & critics are starting to feel like Lupe think he is too good for the music industry.
Folks getting impatient and want Lupe to just put out music like everybody else.
But watch when Lasers drop. The critics and angry fans will be quiet again
