Lupe is going to be there... hmm I might go it'll be the first time I see him in person, but I got class that day... hopefully the time of the protest won't interfere... if enough people show this will definitely make news!
You know, if you guys want to be in NY but can't because you're in a different location, if you're close enough you should see how many supporters you can get together to rent a bus ticket or something and go down there... If you can get enough people, it shouldn't be too expensive, plus its NY! NY is dope
For the label to drop him it would mean they have to let him out of his contract also. NOT HAPPENING. They want to make money off him. If they did that he couldn't release Lasers but would be free to release anything he wanted. It would be great for Lupe, but it won't happen.
I wish I could attend this event. Do your thing out there Lupe fans, don't hold back. The world needs this album, and there's no reason why we shouldn't hear it. I've been going back to his first mixtapes and playing them over and over again. Lupe is too talented, and he has such an affect on anyone who "actually" listens to what he has to say. Wish I could be there, but I'm attending at heart.
