If you're a real original Lupe fan then you should be embracing the newer fans. Lupe's acquiring a larger fan base, which is a great thing, but newer fans are going to avoid this site if "OGs" haze them.

ReplyDeleteThese "OG fans" obviously aren't good fans. Anyone who's listened to Lupe should know to respect everyone and their opinions. I don't care how long you've been listening to Lu or which songs you like from him, as long as you grasp that he is promoting positivity and progress in his music and act upon it. I don't represent any specific album or any point in Lupe's career, because that is bound to spark some conflict. I represent positivity and progress the same way Lupe does, as everyone should. it never fails. it doesnt matter if you are an old lupe fan or a new lupe fan. the point here is that we ALL are lupe fans. we all share that same similarity. if we cant come together as a fan base and support our favortie artist (i.e. lupe fiasco) then what is the point of coming on this bashing the next one becuz he doesnt have as much insight on lupe then you do. with that being said, i am a HUGE supposrter of lupe fiasco. i love his words, his insight and the message he tries to send out to this bullshit of a world we have to live in.
