Last week, rapper Lupe Fiasco told CBS News that he finds President Barack Obama to be "the biggest terrorist." The comment came as a shock to many. However, in an exclusive interview with HipHopDX, Prodigy of Mobb Deep says he shares Lupe's sentiments."I would have to agree with him," Prodigy states in the upcoming interview. "Most of these politicians and these government officials…most of them are the real terrorists."In the past, Prodigy has been known for inserting several references to the government and conspiracy theories in his rhymes. He explains to DX that during his time incarcerated, he kept up with politics and the ongoings of Obama's presidency."Yeah, I was definitely checking [Obama] out and seeing what he was doing and what he was about," the veteran rapper states. "But I already knew ahead of time – I’ve been studying all that type of stuff since like 15,16 years old, so… You can’t pull the wool over my eyes. I already know what time it is."He goes on to say that Politics is misleading. "There’s nothing you can say to confuse me about any of that type of stuff. I know it’s all a game that they’re playing. It’s all a facade," he says.
