ReplyDeleteI didn't necessarily mean same formula or that it would be about the same stuff as Dumb it down. I do believe you are correct that it will analyze the way society uses the word, but I was just hoping for the complexity and mood that Lupe had on Dumb it Down, the Cool in general really. Not the exact same, but just meshing the lyrical monster from that album with his new style and musical progression. If that makes sense.

ReplyDeleteI'm a little nervous that it's produced by the Audibles...they produced IDWCRN, the worst beat Lupe has ever rapped over. But other than that, I'm assuming the lyrics are going to be awesome as always.
