Things got a little heated again when Lupe sat down with the “Coco, Foolish and Mr Chase in the Morning” show in Detroit. Discussing politics and terrorism.
In the clip below Lupe announces another song title off FNL2:
There is a song on the album called Roses which is like the first record, one of the first records, it's like the intro record on the album
they are not giving him a chance to talk
ReplyDeleteAmerica to me is their own worse enemy!
ReplyDeleteEven when Lupe kept getting interupted I agree war is not the answer.
ReplyDeleteLupe in their with guys that aint know how to think critically..
ReplyDelete"This is WAR!" lmao dumbass
Im not sure its even worth debating with people who are so reluctant to back down from their position ... Lupe made clear and solid pointsw that were shot down quite cheaply and illogically. Very unbecoming of people (the radio hosts) who have such a salient public voice.
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of a quote by the muslim scholar Imam As'Shafii where he said: "I never debated with anyone except that I ask God to reveal the truth on their tongues so that my ego could submit to it".. that kind of humiliy in debates is rare (as demonstrated by these radio hosts.. except for coco).
Life Lesson #1: Can't argue with a man named foolish.
ReplyDeleteThey don't like the truth lol
ReplyDeleteseriously? I can't believe people in this day and age are that brainwashed. It's war? Fuck outta here. It's resource acquisition. It's globalization. It's unnecessary. People still think in such black and white lines it kinda throws me off.
ReplyDeletehis name is FOOLISH for a reason
ReplyDeleteshot down his halliburton argument completely
ReplyDeletethey don't even let him speak
Everyone keeps saying they and those but it was really only one guy disagreeing the entire time, and all Lupe was trying to say was that at some point, you have to take a step back and realize that its a cycle of violence that won't stop until both sides decide enough is enough.
ReplyDeleteThe man disagreeing with Lu is completely indoctrinated into the "demonize the enemy" mentality which is a powerful propaganda tool used by the US to gain support for it's wars. It's this type of mentality that allows the US to continue to commit its' crimes against humanity.
ReplyDeleteBuddhism first of all isn't really a religion it's a dharma second of all it's probably one of the most peaceful and enlightening practices of all time. Don't knock the practice for the choices of a few beings. You talk about how repulsive it is when people do it to musslims and then you direct the negativity else where. It's hypocritical.
ReplyDeleteLupe owns tons of guns doesn't he? He's stated that before correct? How can you be about PEACE and own tons of guns?
ReplyDeleteYou can own as many guns as you want...but if you're not firing them at civilians then where's the violence?
ReplyDeleteLmao black people crack me up, if it was bush it would be something else
