The concept of the bad bitch was in r&b and blues well before Hip Hop
ReplyDeletestarting to swear alot man
ReplyDeleteNo he's not. He's always cursed. Lol this isn't new
DeleteI need to hear FFF. like yesterday
ReplyDeleteNah... The first time I heard Lupe drop an F-bomb was on on Dumb It Down. And it wasn't even him speaking...
ReplyDelete"What the F*** is WRONG with you? How can I get on a SONG with you??"
Lupe doesn't swear in his music.. Or hardly does? I think he might say 'shit' sometimes and lately there have been a few esoteric sexual referances.
But the fact that he never swore, and was so amazing with his words, was what drew me to his music in the first place.
^^^ Ummm, those lyrics from Dumb it Down are Gemini's....
ReplyDeleteLupe's always swore.
So there's going to be nothing in the album's sleeve? I guess I'm grabbing that documentary.
ReplyDeleteLu still got his baby teeth lol
ReplyDeleteIf think Lupe hardly swears you must listen to only the "clean" version of his albums and most likely have never listened to any of his mixtapes and features and interviews dating back to since he blew up lol.
ReplyDeleteLupe always swore just not like every other rapper where "fuck" or "nigga" is every other word. And if im correct the reason he doesnt swear as much as people would think is because his father. Correct me if im wrong but I think he said that in an interview or maybe even the diary of Lupe from MTV.
ReplyDeleteI cant wait for this album so excited to get two Lupe albums in the next few months. I hope all goes smooth with Skulls too.
Lupe always swore a lot, just not much in his songs. He's been doing it more lately. No big though, sometimes you have that perfect rhyme and only a curse word will fit lol
ReplyDeleteDid he give a real reason behind the meaning of the all black album? He basically said he wanted the challenge of doing it but not the reason why...anybody hear anything different?
ReplyDeleteStill love Australia with its FUCKED UP history!!! Here Lupe was justified to swear. Cudos to you.
ReplyDeleteI'm pissedhis album was all black..
ReplyDeleteNow I can't drool over some new lupe pics. Grr.
^ lol
