      I could be wrong but if this is a reference to the phrase used in baseball, "Bottom of the 9th inning", then it could mean that the game(album) is over(done)..Just an idea though

      I'll have to agree with the reply before mine. I think he was in the very end of putting the finishing touches on the album and accidentally came up with 'Bitch Bad 2'. I'm just happy that he's done (pretty much). Let's hope that Atlantic doesn't sit on the album for 6 to 18 months again.
