Is This A Part Of A New CRS Track ?

Kanye spat this "freestyle" at Summer Jam 2008.
He did the same one at the G-Shock event
and said that he just wrote it and it's part of a new song he's recording.

But if you hear this line

"Together we are like the Kenyan marathon team,
3 black rap acts that spit that crack"

you could start to think that it's
a part of a new CRS track.
