I hate MTV. It's full of crap. A Milli is garbage. :| God, why does Wayne have to win everything...
ReplyDeletebecause he sold 3 million albums? when these lists come out sales are definitely figured into the mix, its not an art critic's list.
ReplyDeletepeople on this site got way 2 much hate for lil wayne
ppl on this site hate wayne coz we hav heard good lyrics and poetry not jus rhyming words or talking about drugs and gangs which is what every artist are nowadays apart from lupe and kanye. It has 2be previously a gang member or sold drugs, apart from kanye no one who doesnt use that lie has become platnium correct me if u find anyone else
ReplyDeleteI don't hate Lil Wayne at all. I even bought his album. I just don't think it's right that he wins everything when there are many more talented artists out there who don't get any recognition whatsoever. I don't think it's fair that artists aren't judged on the quality of their music but on how many albums they sell. It's just not right.
ReplyDeletei would honestly have to say that the past couple of years have cropped alot of wannabe gangster rap. But when you look at the new crop of rappers there all more lening poistive rappers with alot of creaitivity. You got Charles Hamilton, Wale, B.o.B, Kid Cudi, Cool Kids just to name a few
ReplyDeleteBut on the other note, Superstar wasnt on the list?
Man, I completely agree on that.
ReplyDeleteThere's way too many fools out there that can't just get it.
In fact, I was fightin with my sort of friend tom yesterday about this, and
they wouldn't admit to me that he was wrong. Now I can just show them this blog :)
