Lupe stopped by SIRIUS XM's Hip-Hop Nation this afternoon and chopped it up with Nina 9. He talked about the All City Chess Club and how the whole thing started.
The first joint they'll drop is the "I'm Beamin" Remix (it's halfway done.) ...He also said it's not necessarily a group...it's more like a movement.
Lupe: "Blu is probably the only MC in the game that scares me."
Glad to see Blu get some love.

Below the Heavens was a great album....definitely in the top 10 of this decade. Waiting for his next one to drop (hopefully this yr)

ReplyDelete^^ Below The Heavens is his best work, but it's not a mixtape it's his debut album. I liked it over The Cool in 2007. Download it if you want but buy it later, because it's just an ill album.

Blu is awesome as shiet... but this whole ACCC movement seems a bit too overwhelming. its just going to be like CRS and have ONE song that they will ever put out, I'm Beamin Remix, and say that there will be more to come....
