As previously reported, Lupe made a suprise appearance at Common's concert @ UCI on April 1st 2010 to introduce Common. He was also asked when his album will drop...check the video to find out what he said...

Ace, i jus peeped the interview bruh...i think they had sum kind of fallout or watever. Gemstones said he hasnt heard frm Lupe in months. ima real big Gemstonses fan but an even bigger Lupe fan and i think they need to be cool again and hop on some tracks jus how they used too. When you have both of them on a track, the chemistry they have in the studio is effen crazy. We On, Gangsta's Groove, I Know Why, The Die, G4, Dedication, Dynasty, Boss Playa, and The Map are too crazy for them to not be cool. they murder tracks together. but music aside, they shuld be boys again like they used to
I know man...I hope there ain't nothing wrong between them two. Gemstones became a big favorite of mine because of his talent and how he grew as a artist and a person. Him and lupe chemistry was just ridiculous. Every time I heard them on a track together it was fire. But things happen.

my only prediction is that Atlantic is going to wait until the end of his touring to drop his album--bad thing is, if Lupe said that himself I'd believe it less. I just want info, like how he feels and and shit like that. He can't sit here and act like it's all good.
