Busy just informed me that it'll drop soon,
not on March 31st though.....

DVD Details: "Live show recorded at the Congress Theater in Chicago. 1 hour show and 30 minute documentary of the day leading up to the show. The documentary takes the viewer on a day in the life of Lupe Fiasco.

The day is filled with trips to the hospital, a minor arrest (not Lupe), drama after drama, including cancelling the show and then uncancelling it. The fan gets a real up-close and personal view of what it's like to be Lupe Fiasco."

Here's an update on the Live DVD...

As most of you already know by now, the Live DVD will be released on March 31st, 2009. The DVD will not only feature Lupe's Chicago concert from last year, it will also feature behind the scenes footage. Now you're probably thinking WE KNOW RHYMESTYLE, WHATS THE UPDATE?? Well, I'm glad you ask! Next week, to promote the DVD, a Video of Go Go Gadget Flow from the DVD will be released! So be on the lookout for that!

And for the record, just a disclaimer, this is NOT the news that I was talking about a week ago. Just figured I clarify that before people start blowing me up about that, and speaking of that news, there is STILL no update.

Man...the Live DVD will be great, I mean if you look at the pics or if you watch
the video, you can already see that the setting of the concert was amazing...
I bet the final release will look really dope.

Lupe Fiasco To Release A Live CD/DVD Set (Updated)

Yes, that's right, S-Preme is at Lu's concert in Chicago right now, he's sending me updates about what's going on via AIM, and he just found out that they are taping the concert (you can see one of the cameras in the video above) and it will be released as a Live CD/DVD set !

Of course there's no release date yet.
But I think it would be a nice christmas gift.
