Lupe Fiasco intends to start a conversation with the "Bitch Bad" video!
The above picture of a woman applying black makeup onto her face is a still-shot from the upcoming Gil Green directed video for "Bitch Bad". With the music video's premiere only a few hours away, Lupe said of the clip, "Whether right or wrong, some things need to be said in order to start a conversation..".
Immediately following its simultaneous debut through several MTV outlets, Lupe will join Sway and several other people within the music industry to discuss the video and its message. Be sure to tune into RapFix Live today at 4PM ET so you can chime in on the conversation as well!

Song isn't that good. I don't like how you are compromising your lyrical content, fun gamer mentality, and extended metaphors for simplistic songs with mediocre beats. I don't want to be the person who is like "You need to revert back to "The Cool"" but almost everything after that CD has been you rapping weird. It could be your take on some new "style", but to be blunt your new style is not even good in comparison. You think you would be recognized for what you are doing now, but remember that your true fans are the ones who came before all of this to get you where you are now. Most of you older fans just nod their heads, but do they really enjoy the songs that you are putting out now?
ReplyDeleteThink about it. I am sure after some contemplating you will realize that you were better back then then what you are now by leaps and bounds.
How are you gonna tell a grown ass man how to do his craft? LOL. People really think he's going to wake up one day and say "hey let me forget all my experiences and life changes that I've gone through since 2007 so that way I can go back to my old mentality!".... Let this grown ass man grow and progress and stop trying to hinder him.
DeleteSmh some fans have too much time on their hands. Lol its ironic how a fan is saying how bad it is for him to compromise his "image" and what not for a song as if the vid is a waste of time yet youre wasting time writing a long post that he most likely won't see and definitely won't bother responding too...
ReplyDeleteSorry Riddge Mussington, you seem to be part of a minority.
ReplyDeleteLu owes you nothing (He sais this). He gave you good music, you liked it and bought. End of story.
